What you will do

• Perform linear and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) for components and assemblies.
• Conduct static, dynamic, fatigue, and vibration analyses to verify structural performance.
• Validate engineering designs through analytical calculations and simulation methodologies.
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop structural solutions and support tooling development.
• Conduct root cause investigations for structural failures and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, OSHA, and internal hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Aerospace, Civil, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• English: Intermediate or advanced level required.
• Intermediate working knowledge of product development and structural analysis.
• Proficiency with FEA software and CAE tools for stress analysis.
• Location: Must work on-site in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with welded structures, fabricated assemblies, or castings.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
