What you will do

• Perform installation, commissioning, and alignment of mechanical seals and auxiliary systems.
• Diagnose failures in rotating equipment and respond to operational emergencies and unplanned shutdowns.
• Prepare technical reports and conduct root cause analyses (RCA) to identify causes of recurring failures.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, validating installation conditions such as alignment and vibration.
• Provide technical guidance on seal selection and train customer personnel on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with API 682, ISO, and internal safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service within process plants.
• Experience working with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, or agitators.
• Proficiency in failure diagnosis, operational troubleshooting, and interpretation of mechanical drawings.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work in industrial environments including chemical, petrochemical, mining, and food processing.
