What you will do

• Diagnose and repair medical equipment according to service manuals and technical specifications.
• Perform equipment installations, maintenance, and system verifications.
• Resolve customer issues both remotely and through onsite visits.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory, and administrative reporting.
• Train customers on basic system operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Bionic, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Valid professional title and license (Título y Cédula) are mandatory.
• Must reside in Mexico City (CDMX).
• English proficiency of at least 80% (B2 level).
• Minimum of one year of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work on standby and respond to after-hours call-outs.
