What you will do

• Optimize production operations through time studies, capacity analysis, and bottleneck identification.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, quality enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Develop and standardize work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process qualifications, and manufacturing validations.
• Implement automation and robotic systems to improve productivity and ergonomics.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in stamping, metal forming, or metal-mechanical manufacturing.
• Expertise in equipment integration and robotic systems for automated assembly processes.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban) and Six Sigma tools.
• Knowledge of tin soldering processes and joining technologies.
