What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to drive high performance and accountability.
• Oversee the deployment of Corporate Impact solutions to ensure timely project completion and successful go-live outcomes.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, standards, and methodologies to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to reduce administrative overhead and optimize team productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align project scoping and onboarding with client expectations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or SaaS delivery roles.
• 2-4 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise software implementations (e.g., CSR, grantmaking, or employee engagement).
• Must be based in the United States or Costa Rica.
• Proven ability to utilize AI and productivity technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSRconnect®, GrantsConnect®, or similar philanthropy and social impact platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, Microsoft 365, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of corporate social impact, workplace giving, or nonprofit operations.
