What you will do

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document workflows, goals, constraints, and edge cases.
• Produce technical artifacts including BRDs, process maps, SOPs, training guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Convert ambiguous requests into clear, implementable work items (tasks, bugs, stories) with success criteria.
• Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base and documentation standards in Confluence.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for existing internal automations and tools.
• Perform basic functional validation, smoke checks, and verification against documented expectations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical BA, Systems Analyst, or Operations Analyst role.
• Basic SQL proficiency for querying data to validate outcomes and investigate issues.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear documentation that technical teams can execute against.
• Ability to travel and perform physical activities (including lifting up to 50 lbs) during site visits.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
