Sr Business Analyst (Contract Lifecycle Management)

Sr Business Analyst (CLM): Owning and evolving the enterprise contract management platform to streamline processes for Legal, Sourcing, and Technology teams with an accent on workflow configuration, metadata models, and platform adoption. Focus on implementing AI-enabled contracting capabilities and expanding CLM functionality across diverse business units.

Location: Hybrid (North Hollywood, CA) — must contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as the primary business owner for the Malbek CLM platform and manage its enhancement roadmap.
• Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval routing to improve efficiency.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, and Corporate functions.
• Drive the expansion of CLM capabilities and standardize contract intake processes enterprise-wide.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled features such as contract summarization and semantic search.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure platform adoption and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or Legal Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, legal operations, or enterprise application management.
• Direct experience supporting CLM platforms like Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, or Agiloft.
• Strong proficiency in designing workflows and gathering complex business requirements.
• Must be based in North Hollywood, CA, and able to work from the office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Sourcing, Compliance, or Records Management organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and automation platforms.
• Certifications in Agile, Product Management, or Business Process Improvement.
