Location: Northridge, California, USA (willingness to work in office required). Willingness to travel 5% and work across multiple time zones when needed.
Salary: $84,750 - $124,300

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for Sales, Service, CRM, and portal initiatives.
- Define Dynamics 365 solutions including configurations, workflows, security, and data requirements.
- Gather requirements for enterprise portals (Dealer, Partner, Customer) and ensure seamless CRM integration.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and collaboration with business, UX, development, and IT teams.
- Support Agile delivery, UAT, governance, change management, training, and benefits realization monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years as Business Analyst in Sales/Service domains.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 in enterprise environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Portals (Dealer, Partner, Customer, Self-Service).
- Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, After-Sales processes, CRM entities, workflows, and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills for global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with databases, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- CRM/portal cloud migrations, B2B/B2C platforms, UX/journey mapping.
- Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, presentation, and time management skills.
