Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)

Salary: $157,000 - $224,400 USD per annum

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize work for the Electrical Engineering team and subject matter experts.
• Lead electrical infrastructure design for capital projects and strategic technical programs.
• Develop and maintain corporate electrical specifications and design standards.
• Provide engineering support to operations, including technology upgrades and root cause analysis.
• Engage and manage external engineering firms for project delivery.
• Mentor and develop internal talent, including training on best practices and FEL tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited institution.
• 15–20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with MV and HV systems (switchgear, transformers, protective relaying).
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
• Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt).
• Experience in power generation, data centers, or large industrial facilities.
• Technical due diligence experience for low-cost country sourcing.
