Electrical Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Review and technically validate high-power electrical distribution systems, including medium-voltage switchgear, UPS systems, paralleling switchgear, and generator plants.
• Design and model electrical infrastructure for next-generation AI hardware, including high-density rack-level power delivery.
• Assess fault tolerance, selectivity, power quality, short-circuit conditions, and arc-flash risks using SKM and ETAP.
• Provide electrical expertise during construction, Level 4/5 commissioning, and operations.
• Resolve complex electrical issues and ensure designs meet NFPA 70 (NEC), IEEE, and corporate safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience designing, constructing, and commissioning mission-critical electrical systems.
• Expert knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS).
