What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS, vendor, and professional services contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to provide practical legal guidance during deal cycles.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and internal contracting processes.
• Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation, data security terms, and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on press releases, sponsorships, and event-related agreements.
• Support IP portfolio management and assist with litigation strategy as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school and licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial contracting, either at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology contracting, or HCM-related legal issues is preferred.
