What you will do

• Serve as a primary legal partner for global business transactions across Engineering, IT, and Finance teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, IP licensing, and supply chain contracts.
• Advise business partners on legal risks related to data privacy, intellectual property, and AI integration.
• Develop and improve legal templates and policies to handle commercial activities in scalable ways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and outside counsel to manage complex legal matters.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a United States state bar.
• 4+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA 4+ days per week.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
