Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Dallas, TX).

Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Construct and maintain the knowledge base powering internal AI tools.
• Manage organizational knowledge, documentation, and process tracking.
• Produce executive-ready pitch decks and financial models for leadership.
• Develop enablement guides and sessions to increase company-wide AI fluency.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and track project blockers.
• Define and measure key performance indicators for AI adoption and results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in AI and its application in business operations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Self-directed approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify used).
