What you will do

• Build the operating engine connecting pipeline creation, deal execution, and usage-based growth into a single measurable system.
• Design end-to-end processes across GTM, marketing, sales, partnerships, and product operations.
• Implement AI-assisted operating workflows and dashboards to reduce manual reporting and provide real-time business visibility.
• Develop CRM structures, pipeline definitions, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to map user journeys and surface insights to improve conversion and adoption.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early-stage infrastructure (RevOps, BizOps, Strategy, or Consulting).
• Experience in high-growth startups where systems were built from the ground up.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design processes from a blank slate.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
