hirify.global builds workforce operations solutions and is scaling its revenue, customer adoption, and partner growth systems.

What you will do

• Build an operating engine connecting pipeline creation, deal execution, customer activation, partner expansion, and usage-based growth.
• Design and own end-to-end operating processes across go-to-market, marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, and product operations.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and summaries that reduce manual reporting and improve leadership visibility.
• Build CRM structures, pipeline definitions, ICP and segmentation models, dashboards, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument analytics, map user journeys, and improve customer success, conversion, and product adoption.
• Design, deploy, and evolve operating systems hands-on in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early-stage infrastructure roles such as RevOps, BizOps, Product Ops, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience in a high-growth startup where systems were being built rather than only maintained.
• Strong systems thinking across data, tooling, processes, and teams.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, prioritize impact, and build, test, and iterate quickly.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and solutions teams.
