What you will do
- Partner with the leadership team to identify and solve urgent company-wide problems.
- Manage and execute key operational and strategic initiatives across the business.
- Act as a cross-functional hub to synthesize insights and set actionable plans.
- Build and maintain the company financial model and track key success metrics.
- Develop external presentations for the board and investors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Alternatively, 4+ years in a BizOps or Strategy role at a high-growth tech company.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality slide decks, financial models, and analytical memos.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel.
- Must be based in New York
Nice to have
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
