What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Own core business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain operating cadences to improve alignment and execution across teams.
• Analyze business performance and develop insights to inform key company decisions.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track business health.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Finance.
• Proven experience operating in or advising high-growth technology companies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong bias toward action and ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
