What you will do

• Support the CEO and executive team in executing business strategies and tracking organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional communication between HR, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure effective project execution.
• Manage key business projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Optimize internal workflows and propose process improvements to enhance scalability and operational performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall business performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup.
• Must be able to work in the office four days a week in San Francisco.
• Demonstrated ability to build and automate processes using AI tools.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and large data analysis.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinking capability to make decisions that drive business growth.
