What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact strategic and operational opportunities, owning them end-to-end from scoping through execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to define and implement strategy across all Notion products.
• Structure complex strategic problems, develop business cases and quantitative models to inform leadership decisions.
• Manage key drivers of business performance and incorporate insights into strategic work.
• Analyze competitive positioning and market landscape to inform recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to build scalable solutions that balance vision with practical constraints.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California (onsite)
• 10+ years of strategy experience including 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data self-sufficiency with required knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills and ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency and enthusiasm for AI tools such as Notion AI, Claude, Codex, with hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding or ability to quickly learn AI SaaS business models, monetization, and pricing.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in strategy and operations within B2B SaaS businesses.
• People management experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
