Salary: $95,000 - $142,400 a year

What you will do

• Lead and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, resolving transaction issues and managing vendor payments.
• Oversee customer invoicing, credit, and collections to maximize cash flow and maintain DSO under 45 days.
• Manage a team of employees including hiring, performance coaching, and professional development.
• Ensure all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies and procedures are strictly fulfilled and documented.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial systems and lead team projects.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and generate weekly financial update reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably managing employees directly.
• 4+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or granted refugee/asylee status.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
• Finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
