What you will do

• Serve as the primary site manager, ensuring timely data entry, query resolution, and overall audit readiness.
• Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and global regulatory guidelines.
• Manage device accountability, inventory, and distribution at clinical sites.
• Prepare and present study protocols and training materials during initiation visits.
• Collaborate on the development of study-related documents, including Case Report Forms (CRFs) and SOPs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior clinical staff regarding monitoring and site management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological sciences or a health-related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical/scientific research, nursing, or medical devices/pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of clinical monitoring experience required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical study regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to travel 40-60% of the time to sites and facilities.
