Location: Must be based in the US and available for shifts between 9am-5pm PST, MT, or CT.

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 Hourly

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic screenings and brief interventions for members seeking trauma specialty care.
• Apply motivational interviewing and active listening to support members in goal setting and care engagement.
• Utilize phase-based trauma treatment models to provide stabilization and safety planning.
• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals to appropriate providers within the hirify.global network.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records within an EHR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth member experience and resolve care barriers.

Requirements

• Must hold an active independent mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience working with PTSD and Complex Trauma.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
• Knowledge of phased-based trauma treatment models and EBPs for PTSD (e.g., EMDR, CPT).
• Must be comfortable with technology and efficient in multi-tasking across various digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
