What you will do

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including social media, networking, and data mining to identify passive candidates.
• Implement creative attraction strategies such as email campaigns and recruitment marketing to grow talent communities.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the ATS.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a specific industry or market.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, and data mining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
