What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers from intake to offer to ensure high hiring quality and alignment.
• Define and own Success Profiles for technical roles in Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Platform.
• Execute structured interview processes with clear dimension ownership and strong calibration.
• Analyze funnel data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.
• Develop and implement improved ways of working through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

• Strong experience recruiting for highly technical roles and teams.
• Proven ability to conduct credible conversations regarding technical scope and seniority.
• Methodical approach to work with a focus on structure, clarity, and consistency.
