TL;DR

Field Enablement Manager (AI): Developing and implementing data-driven enablement strategies for field-facing teams and partners with an accent on product positioning, AI fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building scalable learning programs, driving sales performance, and ensuring consistent messaging across the GTM organization.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Mountain View or San Francisco office)

Salary: $165,000 - $187,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for field and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product leadership to align training with business goals.
  • Maintain continuous learning programs covering product launches, demo excellence, and competitive selling.
  • Ensure consistent positioning of AI capabilities and product value across all channels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives to drive measurable business impact.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners on product narratives and enablement content.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools.
  • Must be able to work hybrid (4 days/week) in Mountain View or San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products or enabling technical audiences on emerging AI capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message or similar value-based methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
