Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Mountain View or San Francisco office)
Salary: $165,000 - $187,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for field and partner teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product leadership to align training with business goals.
- Maintain continuous learning programs covering product launches, demo excellence, and competitive selling.
- Ensure consistent positioning of AI capabilities and product value across all channels.
- Analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives to drive measurable business impact.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners on product narratives and enablement content.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams or partner ecosystems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools.
- Must be able to work hybrid (4 days/week) in Mountain View or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI products or enabling technical audiences on emerging AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or similar value-based methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
