What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to drive brand awareness and enterprise pipeline.
• Own content, branding, and speaking sessions at major industry conferences in partnership with central demand-gen teams.
• Manage standalone Weave events and executive programs from end to end.
• Build and manage the events budget while remaining accountable for awareness and pipeline outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with sales to align event activity with lead generation goals.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality event briefs and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience running enterprise or industry events from strategy through execution.
• Comfort working with sales on a pipeline-driven motion and understanding sales enablement language.
• Experience managing agencies and service providers to deliver on specific briefs.
• Confidence engaging directly with senior (VP+) stakeholders internally and externally.
• Ability to coordinate within a large partner ecosystem and across internal teams.
• Must be based in the New York hub and attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools.
• Experience building brand awareness campaigns alongside a pipeline-focused events motion.
