Operations Associate (Energy Tech): Supporting operational execution and administrative duties for the Alabama EnergyTech accelerator program with an accent on event planning and founder experience. Focus on coordinating logistics for mentors, sponsors, and founders, while managing program materials and local community representation.

Location: Birmingham, Alabama, USA. Must currently live in Birmingham area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $25/hour

What you will do

• Plan and execute activities, meetings, and events to drive founder success.
• Coordinate scheduling for mentors, corporate partners, founders, and sponsors.
• Manage office logistics, in-person program trips, and the end-of-program Demo Day.
• Create high-quality program materials, including presentation decks and branded digital assets.
• Maintain program social media presence via LinkedIn to highlight founder successes.
• Represent hirify.global within the local Alabama community.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced project or program management role.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Currently reside in the Birmingham area.
• Proven experience in event planning and logistics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
