What you will do

• Work on cross-functional project teams to deliver IRT for clinical trial randomization and drug supply.
• Liaise with clients on requirements, issues, status updates, and questions.
• Design IRT solutions based on protocols, proposals, and client discussions; document requirements.
• Manage project schedules, scope, tasks, and cross-functional team assignments.
• Assist with UAT planning, test scripts, data setup, and client support.
• Provide protocol-specific support post-go-live, system training, and global user support.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and training as needed.
