Salary: $69,800 - $83,000 per year

What you will do

• Use proprietary tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions and eliminate roadblocks.
• Translate complex data into compelling visual stories with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Integrate AI into analytical workflows to increase efficiency and unlock new insights.
• Coach and guide junior team members in data analysis and tool usage.
• Identify and partner with Account Leads to convert revenue leads into opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Nutley, NJ 2-3 days a week.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar POS & Panel data solutions.
