What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles at all levels, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and diversity.
• Act as a technical reference and mentor within the Tech TA team, assisting in complex offer negotiations.
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven recruitment tools and automation to streamline workflows.
• Leverage data-driven insights to track performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle technical recruitment for high-complexity roles.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for global collaboration.
• Advanced experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS to manage pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design structured, competency-based interview frameworks.
