What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, ensuring successful closure of complex and senior-level requisitions.
- Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less while ensuring high-quality hires.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and co-creating effective interview plans.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source top-tier talent using advanced techniques like Boolean and X-Ray search.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects ’s brand and values.
Requirements
- 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years focusing on senior-level roles in high-growth tech environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with modern ATS and recruiting technologies.
- Builder's mindset with a focus on operational excellence and process optimization.
