Salary: $90k–$100k base + commission (80/20 split)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and workflows.
• Create practical technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realize measurable value.
• Monitor product usage and health indicators to proactively identify adoption gaps and retention risks.
• Lead mitigation planning for technical blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for QBRs, renewal readiness, and account strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to surface technical opportunities for expansion and upsell.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., CSM, TSM, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Consultant).
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging with SOC analysts, security engineers, and technical executives.
• Location: Must be based in the Vancouver Office, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and adoption analytics.
