What you will do

  • Own platform usage and adoption KPIs across assigned client accounts.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients maximize platform value.
  • Run product demos and explain complex features in a clear, client-friendly manner.
  • Identify adoption gaps and develop actionable plans to increase active platform usage.
  • Collect and translate client feedback into clear product and data recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, AI Lab, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, analytics tools, or workflow products.
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or AI-powered tools.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Hiring process
