Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do
- Lead and manage high-risk workplace investigations (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) from intake through final resolution.
- Develop investigative strategies, conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and prepare comprehensive investigative summaries.
- Provide consultation to management on complex ER issues, including disciplinary actions and involuntary terminations.
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and municipal employment laws.
- Analyze ER and investigation data to identify systemic trends and develop proactive risk-reduction solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and HR Business Partners to maintain fair employment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations and Employee Relations.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Sponsorship, CPT, or OPT not available).
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA.
- Proven ability to independently manage a significant caseload of highly confidential matters.
- Excellent professional writing skills for preparing summaries for legal and leadership review.
Nice to have
- Juris Doctor (JD) or a legal background.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience within the financial services or other highly regulated industries.
