What you will do
- Investigate and manage employee relations issues, including complaints and harassment allegations.
- Develop and implement policies to promote a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to people leaders on complex ER matters.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to assess morale and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the legal department to handle issues related to employment laws and regulations.
- Deliver training and workshops to improve communication and employee morale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an international organization.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Proficiency in Polish or Spanish languages.
