Location: Must be based in the USA (specifically CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA). Not eligible for hire within the city limits of Chicago. Travel requirement is approximately 40%.

Salary: $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate the hirify.global training curriculum and the Certified Technician course.
• Deliver engaging live, in-person and virtual instructor-led training (ILT) sessions to external customers and partners.
• Manage virtual classrooms, including pacing, screen shares, polls, and breakout activities.
• Guide learners through hands-on practice and support them in earning formal certifications.
• Partner with product teams and content owners to keep course materials accurate and aligned with updates.
• Track and report on session delivery, attendance, and certification outcomes.

Requirements

• Based in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA.
• Not available for candidates within the city limits of Chicago.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led technical training to adult learners.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, basic networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls), and familiarity with Linux/macOS.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Batch.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable RMM, MDM, or PSA tools.
• Professional background as an MSP technician, IT administrator, or sysadmin.
• Formal credentials such as CompTIA CTT+, ATD (APTD/CPTD), or Microsoft Certified Trainer.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult-learning principles.
