What you will do

• Build trusted advisory partnerships with Sales & Marketing leaders and HR partners to align learning strategies with transformation goals.
• Lead the education consulting team and portfolio, balancing strategic priorities, stakeholder demand, and team capacity.
• Identify critical workflow moments to maximize influence and improve the adoption of new strategies and tools.
• Define and track ROI, KPIs, and productivity measures to demonstrate the business impact of education investments.
• Coach Learning Consultants and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience in learning, enablement, or education consulting within Sales & Marketing organizations.
• Proven success in executive-level relationship building and influencing senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing dynamics, including sales readiness, pipeline generation, and product launches.
• Strong consulting skills, including needs analysis, facilitation, and solution recommendation.
• Fluency in learning measurement, business KPIs, and ROI analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or overseeing partner-facing education programs, particularly train-the-trainer models.
