Salary: $105,000–$140,000 annual base salary plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Conduct needs analyses with technical training leaders and security subject matter experts to identify performance and knowledge gaps.
• Design, build, and maintain modular learning experiences, including self-paced content, live sessions, practice activities, job aids, and onboarding assets.
• Deliver selected instructor-led training through virtual and onboarding formats.
• Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge validation, and operational performance signals.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders to document product behavior, detection and response knowledge, and operational practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or a similarly complex technical environment.
• Strong content creation experience with instructor-led facilitation as an important secondary responsibility.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear learning experiences for audiences with different expertise levels.
• Ability to create structure independently in a fast-moving environment where training programs are still being developed.
• Familiarity with modern training tools and learning management systems.
• Practical use of AI in core work processes and the ability to discuss its impact.
