What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Project Management team of 15+ professionals through coaching and career planning.
• Implement departmental strategies and monitor project progress to achieve corporate objectives.
• Manage resource forecasting, workload monitoring, and analyze team performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive process improvement efforts related to systems, operational workflows, and SDLC environments.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure efficient project delivery and successful contract execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS, Telecommunications, Clinical Trials, Healthcare IT, or Pharmaceuticals.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience, specifically managing teams of 15 or more employees.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process and SDLC environments.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%).
