What you will do

• Lead full project lifecycles including scoping, timeline estimation, budget management, and product consulting.
• Manage the rollout of EDC, CTMS, or eTMF systems, incorporating ERP integrations and legacy data migrations.
• Act as the primary lead for large-scale clients, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining project integrity.
• Utilize market insights to refine implementation structures and contribute to product improvement.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in the eClinical or Life Sciences SaaS space.
• Hands-on experience with eTMF, CTMS, or EDC systems (EDC experience is highly preferred).
• Proven ability to handle scope creep and tight deadlines with data-backed solutions and professional diplomacy.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
