What you will do

• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team as the company scales.
• Architect an AI-powered finance organization using automation and modern data workflows to accelerate modeling and reporting.
• Design and lead the annual budget cycle and rolling quarterly re-forecasts in partnership with executive leadership.
• Establish spending discipline and conduct monthly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) variance analysis across all departments.
• Maintain and upgrade the multi-year three-statement corporate financial model to drive long-range strategy.
• Analyze platform economics, including creator monetization, LTV/CAC, churn dynamics, and payment margins.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience, starting at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or management consulting firm.
• High-impact Strategic Finance or FP&A experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and mentor top-tier quantitative talent.
• AI-native mindset with the ability to implement automation to eliminate manual repetitive work.
• Expertise in running company-wide annual budgeting cycles and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and data fluency (Snowflake, Looker, Python/R).
