What you will do

• Administer and maintain systems engineering artifacts to ensure technical consistency across engineering teams.
• Enforce design processes, standards, and best practices throughout the program lifecycle.
• Organize and align requirements, models, design artifacts, and verification evidence.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines to maintain technical accuracy and data consistency.
• Support the development of spacecraft, ground systems, and mission operations capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–3 years of professional engineering experience or relevant internship/co-op experience.
• Fundamental understanding of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with requirements management concepts including decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and SysML.

Nice to have

• Experience with requirements tools such as IBM DOORS Next, Jama Connect, or Polarion.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools like Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, or MagicDraw.
• Familiarity with the Ansys engineering tool suite, specifically STK.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 or INCOSE systems engineering practices.
• Experience using Git, Jira, and Confluence for engineering collaboration.
