What you will do

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for the enterprise agentic AI platform.
• Design and build reusable platform services for RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval, and agent orchestration.
• Implement a centralized AI Control Tower for monitoring, observability, policy enforcement, and governance.
• Develop scalable infrastructure patterns for model integration and data access across the enterprise.
• Establish technical standards for platform APIs, service contracts, and AI reliability.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams in adopting AI-native software engineering practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI architectures, LLMs, and RAG systems.
• Proven track record in designing centralized operational platforms for monitoring and governance.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related technical field.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and autonomous coding agents.
• Strong ability to balance strategic architectural leadership with hands-on execution.
