Salary: $183,340 - $206,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that reason and act on live observability data.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agents, including scoping, shipping, and maintaining evaluation frameworks.
• Leverage high-cardinality data stores to build unique agent capabilities for trace drilling and service correlation.
• Extend the Canvas workspace and MCP server with new capabilities like memory and spatial awareness.
• Establish benchmarks and define standards for agent performance, maintainability, and limits.

Requirements

• Experience shipping LLM-based systems in production environments.
• Proven ability to take prototypes through to production-grade durable engineering.
• Deep understanding of agent architecture and current trends in agent design.
• Strong product judgment to prototype and validate new agent capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship or transfers).

Nice to have

• Background in observability or developer tools.
• Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation frameworks.
