What you will do

• Define, design, and deliver mission-relevant agentic AI prototypes.
• Collaborate with product leads, solution architects, and engineers to build and deploy agent-based solutions.
• Implement agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain clean, reusable code and follow rigorous documentation and code review practices.
• Operate in high-performing, short-cycle development environments with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience building and delivering agentic AI applications in production or prototype environments.
• Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks and LLM platforms like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or Ollama.
• Strong understanding of agent loops, tool-calling, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
• Ability to own technical delivery end-to-end in short-cycle environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG and GraphRAG retrieval patterns.
• Knowledge of agentic evaluation frameworks and observability tools.
• Experience managing session and chat memory across multi-turn workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
