What you will do

• Lead the development of intelligent, interoperable multi-agent AI systems.
• Leverage Gen AI to assess, optimize, and modernize legacy Windows workloads towards open-source platforms.
• Deliver 0->1 products within a fast-paced, startup-like environment inside a large corporation.
• Drive the technical direction and product shape of the AWS Transform for Windows team.
• Mentor and lead an engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one major software language.
• 5+ years of experience leading system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Proven experience as a tech lead, mentor, or engineering team leader.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Santa Clara, CA).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture and optimization techniques.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
