What you will do

• Lead and manage globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, configuration, and production support.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology.
• Drive Agile delivery processes and ensure alignment with business objectives and company strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and contribute to the development of IT standards and policies.
• Provide technical leadership for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and cloud integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10–12 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 7–9 years of implementation and support experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in Guidewire cloud setup, integration gateways, and test automation tools.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for collaboration with senior management.

• Guidewire Claims Center Ace Certification.
