Salary: $107,500–$143,300

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or industrial laboratory environment.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members of varying experience levels.
