What you will do

• Lead and support an engineering team by setting priorities, coaching members, and managing performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams or technical professionals.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud-native development practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise with distributed architectures, microservices, and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
