Salary: $165,000 – $195,000

What you will do

• Drive roadmap execution from design through delivery, ensuring technical excellence and predictability.
• Oversee engineering planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Champion best practices in software architecture, CI/CD, security, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product Management, Principal Engineers, and Architects to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software engineering team.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise software, distributed systems, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, Linux, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Background in AI infrastructure, GPU scheduling, or HPC.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and observability.
• Experience with hybrid cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS.
