Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (Must be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $310,000 – $385,000

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
• Partner with internal business units to identify and ship features that deliver measurable productivity gains.
• Drive the delivery and technical direction of AI-native solutions and foundational improvements.
• Own core services to ensure secure, high-quality, and reliable experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance delivery speed with quality, communicating tradeoffs across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience and 2+ years of managing engineering teams.
• Experience building web applications and APIs on cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
• Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Experience thriving in a startup or other fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
